The comfort and decoration than the past and present owners have given to this historical place, the fabulous, savoury Breakfasts and numerous activities on site will seduce you and contribute to a great stay.
The Loire Valley Chateaux must be visited : Chinon, Ussé, Villandry
(most beautiful gardens in Europe), Azay le Rideau… and only a few minutes away from us is the Chateau de Serrant.
And last but not least the Loire River by itself, who has 280 kms (on 1000kms), of wonderful countrysides, cities, villages, castles… registered since November 2000 on the list of Worldwide Protected Sites for Humanity by Unesco, among which is Chateau de l’Epinay in Saint-Georges-sur-Loire to welcome you! Of course, if you choose to stay a few days with us, we can organise your tour in Anjou mixing castles, and pleasure.

The 2 big cities of Angers – 20 kms from us – with its remarkable XIVth century castle and Nantes International Airport from which you’ll arrive if you come by plane – 40mns away from us, you can also discover the vineries of Anjou, most notably the Coteaux du Layon, that are only a few kilometres from the domain. The distance is of 2 hours from Paris.

Visit the hillside of Layon on bicycle, we have seven bikes on hand, take advantage of our sport facilities for the week-end or spend a bit of vacation with the family to combine the benefits of our pool, Jacuzzi or Turkish bath with leisure; pétanque, promenades, or naps under our trees, or sport ping pong, tennis, golf, and a gym.
What could be more exiting than playing pool beside a fire place while savouring nice cheese or tasting good wines! Now, if you prefer to play cards, backgammon or chess we have a quiet room for you as well as one
for those musicians who prefer to listen to music or play our grand piano. Finally on the second floor we are now working on the creation of a home cinema room.
